Chris is the Founding Partner having started the practice in 1993 after more than a decade successfully running the landscape company within HLM Architects. Chris’s background in multidisciplinary practices has given him a strong understanding of the way that landscape and architecture work together.

This belief in a collaborative process was further reinforced through Chris close involvement during the practice’s early years with architects Stanton Williams, with whom a strong relationship is still maintained. His achievements as a designer have been acknowledged through his designation as Design Advisor to CabeSpace and in the past to the Greater London Authority. He is committed to the development of new concepts and technologies within landscape taking a key role in the research into cellular living walls.
