Yemen Project
Along with FCB architects and Max Fordham LLP, Churchman Landscape architects are supporting the development and research of a charity led youth centre in Ibb, Yemen. It is the aspiration of the project to create a verdant sanctuary, a learning environment that borrows and reinterprets the idea of the oasis. A series of courtyards inspired by vernacular principles will provide a secure and stimulating environment with a microclimate that is balanced by an abundance of water, plants and trees.
